What we build

Full conversation memory. The chatbot remembers everything said in the session and uses it. If a user mentions their plan type at the start and asks a billing question three messages later, the bot already knows the context. It does not ask again.

Intelligent escalation. The bot knows when to stop. Frustration signals, questions outside its training, explicit requests for a human. All trigger a clean handoff. The human who takes over sees the full conversation transcript, the user's account details pulled from your CRM, and the point where the handoff happened.

Multi-channel deployment. The same bot runs on your website widget, your Slack workspace, and your support email inbox. The conversation style adjusts to the channel. The logic and knowledge base are the same.

Knowledge base integration. The bot answers from your documentation, your FAQs, your product data, and your internal policies. We connect it to whatever you use: Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, a custom CMS. When your documentation changes, the bot updates without a rebuild.

How it works

We start with your most common query types. Usually the top 20 questions cover 80% of your volume. We build those flows first, test against real examples from your support history, and deploy.

Build takes one to two weeks for a standard deployment. Adding channels, languages, or custom integrations adds time. We scope it before we start.

After go-live, we monitor resolution rates, escalation rates, and the queries the bot could not answer. The unanswered queries are the roadmap for the next iteration. Most clients see resolution rates climb in the first four weeks as we add coverage for the edge cases that appear in production.
